About DXSCNC
DXSCNC is a China-based precision CNC turning and turn-mill machining supplier focused on drawing-based mechanical components for overseas engineering and purchasing teams.
We specialize in small to mid-size rotational and assembly-sensitive parts, including CNC machined shafts, sleeves, bushings, flanged components, threaded components, brass adapters, spacers, collars, fittings and valve-related connectors. Our machining range supports parts up to 400 mm turning diameter and up to 500 mm machining length.
Instead of treating drawings as simple shapes, we review how each feature affects machining, inspection and assembly. Typical focus areas include bore-to-OD relationships, thread fit, grooves, cross-hole burrs, radial holes, datum relationships, runout, coaxiality, sealing faces, surface finish, surface treatment allowance and packing protection before export shipment.
Technical review before quoting
Share drawings, material grade, quantity, surface treatment, tolerance requirements and assembly notes so we can review machining feasibility and inspection risk.

DXSCNC focuses on small to mid-size precision turned and turn-mill components.
Best-fit components include shafts, sleeves, bushings, flanges, threaded adapters, spacers, fittings and complex rotational components.
For parts close to the upper size limit, please send drawings for review. We will check workholding, tool access, tolerance risk, material behavior and inspection feasibility before quoting.
Send drawings for size review
Share the drawing, material grade, tolerance requirements and quantity so we can confirm whether the part fits the machining range and process plan.
