4. Quotation
The quotation is based on confirmed drawing requirements, quantity, material, surface treatment, inspection focus and export packing needs.

MOQ depends on part complexity, material, setup time and inspection requirements. Small batches and prototype quantities can be reviewed.
What file formats are accepted?
DXSCNC accepts PDF, STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, DWG, DXF and ZIP files for RFQ review.
How fast can DXSCNC review an RFQ?
RFQs are normally reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Focused technical questions may be asked before quotation when drawing details affect machining risk.
What affects lead time?
Lead time depends on material availability, quantity, machining complexity, surface treatment and inspection requirements.
Can DXSCNC support small batches?
Small batches and prototype quantities can be reviewed, especially for drawing-based CNC turned and turn-mill components.
Can inspection reports be provided?
Inspection records or reports may be available depending on drawing requirements, critical dimensions and agreed order needs.
