Send 2D drawings and/or 3D models with material, quantity, tolerance, thread and finishing notes.
RFQ / Contact
Send your drawing package and project requirements for CNC turning or turn-mill machining review. We will check size range, workholding, material behavior, tolerance risk, inspection feasibility and export packing before quoting.

DXSCNC focuses on small to mid-size precision turned and turn-mill components.
Typical machining tolerance: ±0.02 mm for suitable CNC turned and turn-mill features after drawing review.
Tolerance feasibility depends on material, geometry, part size, wall thickness, surface treatment and inspection method.
Best-fit components include shafts, sleeves, bushings, flanges, threaded adapters, spacers, fittings and complex rotational components.
For parts close to the upper size limit, please send drawings for review. We will check workholding, tool access, tolerance risk, material behavior and inspection feasibility before quoting.
Share the drawing, material grade, tolerance requirements and quantity so we can confirm whether the part fits the machining range and process plan.

Reference:
RFQs are normally reviewed within 24 hours on business days.
Typical machining tolerance: ±0.02 mm for suitable features after drawing review.
Selected critical features may be reviewed for tolerances down to ±0.01 mm, depending on material, geometry, workholding and inspection method.
Identify datum references, fit conditions, runout or coaxiality requirements, thread standards, surface finish and dimensions that affect assembly.
Send 2D drawings and/or 3D models with material, quantity, tolerance, thread and finishing notes.
We review machining range, workholding, tool access, datum relationships, material behavior, finishing allowance and inspection feasibility.
If a feature affects assembly, burr control, runout, coaxiality or sealing faces, we may ask focused technical questions before quoting.
The quotation is based on confirmed drawing requirements, quantity, material, surface treatment, inspection focus and export packing needs.
Your drawings and technical files are used only for RFQ review, manufacturing communication and inspection planning. DXSCNC does not publish or share customer drawings without permission.
