DXSCNC Capability Summary
A concise engineering summary of DXSCNC's CNC turning, turn-mill machining, drawing review, component focus, machining range, quality focus and RFQ process.

Company and Machining Focus
DXSCNC is a China-based CNC turning and turn-mill machining supplier for drawing-based mechanical components. The work is focused on overseas engineering and procurement teams that need practical review of size range, tolerance risk, workholding, inspection feasibility and export packing before production.
Core component types include shafts, sleeves, bushings, flanges, threaded components, adapters, fittings, spacers and complex rotational components with turned and milled features.

Machining Range
DXSCNC focuses on small to mid-size precision turned and turn-mill components.
- Maximum turning diameter: up to 400 mm
- Maximum machining length: up to 500 mm
- Best-fit components: shafts, sleeves, bushings, flanges, threaded adapters, spacers, fittings and complex rotational components
Upper-limit review
For parts close to the upper size limit, send drawings for review. DXSCNC will check workholding, tool access, tolerance risk, material behavior and inspection feasibility before quoting.
Tolerance Review
Typical machining tolerance: ±0.02 mm for suitable features after drawing review.
Selected critical features may be reviewed for tolerances down to ±0.01 mm, depending on material, geometry, workholding and inspection method. This is reviewed from the drawing and is not treated as a blanket tolerance promise for all dimensions.
Materials and Component Fit
- Aluminum components including sleeves, spacers, shafts, adapters and lightweight parts
- Stainless steel shafts, sleeves, threaded components and corrosion-resistant fittings
- Brass adapters, fittings, connectors and components with thread or sealing-face review
- Alloy steel shafts, collars, transmission-related components and heat-treatment-related mechanical parts

View related pageQuality and Manufacturing Risk Focus
DXSCNC reviews quality risk before production starts. The review focuses on drawing interpretation, critical dimensions, datum relationships, runout-sensitive areas, coaxiality requirements, thread fit, bore condition, burr control, inspection method and packing protection.
Inspection and reporting requirements should be stated during RFQ so feasibility, method and documentation can be confirmed before quotation.

RFQ Process
1. Send drawings
Provide 2D drawings and/or 3D models with material, quantity, tolerance, thread and finishing notes.
2. Review feasibility
DXSCNC checks machining range, workholding, tool access, tolerance risk, material behavior, inspection feasibility and packing needs.
3. Clarify risk
If a feature affects fit, burr control, runout, coaxiality, sealing or inspection access, focused questions may be asked before quoting.
4. Quote from confirmed requirements
The quotation is based on confirmed drawings, quantity, material, surface treatment, inspection focus and export packing requirements.
