CNC Threaded Components with Internal and External Thread Inspection
Threaded CNC components are common in automation, fixtures, valve assemblies, fluid-control systems, robotics and general industrial equipment. A threaded part may look straightforward, but small details such as thread standard, fit class, entrance chamfer, thread relief, burrs, sealing face condition and coating allowance can determine whether the component assembles correctly.
DXSCNC manufactures drawing-based threaded components including threaded shafts, threaded sleeves, adapters, fittings, collars, spacers, inserts, connectors and valve-related parts. CNC turning is used for external and internal threads, bores, grooves and faces. Turn-mill machining is used when the threaded component also includes flats, ports, side holes, slots, bolt patterns or angular features.
Before quoting threaded parts, we review how the thread is made, how it is inspected, whether gauges are required, whether burrs at the thread start matter, and whether surface treatment may change fit. This is important for overseas buyers because thread standards may differ by region, application and drawing convention.

Machining Range
DXSCNC focuses on small to mid-size precision turned and turn-mill components.
Typical machining tolerance: +/-0.02 mm for suitable CNC turned and turn-mill features after drawing review.
Tolerance feasibility depends on material, geometry, part size, wall thickness, surface treatment, workholding and inspection method. Send the drawing so the feature relationships can be reviewed before quoting.

Surface Treatment Considerations
Threaded parts may require anodizing, plating, passivation, black oxide, nickel plating, tin plating or protective oil. Please indicate if threads must be masked, chased after treatment, inspected after treatment or packed with thread protection.
Surface treatment can affect final dimensions, thread fit, cosmetic appearance, corrosion resistance and packing requirements. Please identify surfaces that must remain protected, masked, untreated or measured after finishing.
